The flowers were beautiful, but the address you gave to the driver was completely wrong. Luckily, he was very committed to customer service and spent about 20 minutes on the phone with me trying to find the right house for delivery. So, I would give the driver 5 stars, the flowers 5 starts, but the administration/processing/address gets 0 stars.
